Connor Handy a.k.a. "The Smoker" is a super criminal who likes to set his victims on fire after he robs them. He was once a partner of the Red Scarlett, but she fired him after he would constantly blaze his victims for any given reason, even innocent hostages. Once fired from Red Scarlett's team, The Smoker goes and tries to join the "White Order,"  but is rejected because he was considered to be from a lower class of his race. This causes him to go rogue and begin to torment any and everyone he could. He would go on to commit a series of arsons throughout Mid Point, as well as high class predominately white areas. He would become a pest to Black Force and The White Order as members from each side would sometime team up in order to stop him.

Smoker's Antics

The Smoker would mostly commit his crimes in a suit with a ski-mask on his head, covering his identity, similar to Red Scarlett. But, unlike Red Scarlett, The Smoker wanted people to know that he committed the crime and wanted people to come looking for him so he could try to burn them up too. He liked to antagonized his rivals, such as Pussy Poppins and BlackMane as he would often attack their businesses and whore houses.  He would also set many of their prostitutes on fire after he had sex with them for no reason at all. The Smoker would even try to set fires at many of Koffee Black's rallies by attempting to set live people of fire in the middle of her speeches.
