Jarvis Pumper a.k.a. "The Booty Man" is a death row inmate who repeatedly breaks out of prison to hunt down women and sometimes men, to rape them. He is an repeat offender and one of Black Force most dangerous foes as he constantly tries to attack Koffee Black. Jarvis has always been obsessed with Koffee Black due to her shape, beautiful face and most importantly, her booty. Jarvis has a serious addiction to big butts of all kinds, no matter who it's on. However, Jarvis did not gained his nickname "The Booty Man" while on the outside, but while he was locked up in Redwood prison for a triple homicide. While in prison, he became a serial rapist as he figured he was never gonna see the light of day again. He started off mostly raping men who possessed feminine hips and because he could easily access them, and then he went on to female guards who would fall for him while in confinement. 

Harassing Koffee Black

"The Booty Man" is one of Koffee Black's main foes as he is always disrupting her justice led protests by picking out random people in the crowd to sexually assault them. Koffee Black and "The Booty Man" have fought on multiple occasions in many different cities due to him being overly obsessed with her. Anytime "The Booty Man" breaks out of prison, he immediately goes and finds Koffee's whereabouts and goes on to stalk her, while also sexually assaulting random people along the way. Koffee has multiple restraining orders on "The Booty Man," but the police do not enforce them due to her constantly going after them for accountability for unarmed murders of black people. She also thinks the police allows "The Booty Man" to go after her to disrupt her protest as he would always come around when an high profile case takes place.
