Candy De Soto a.k.a. "Candy" is Mid Point city top interrogator detective for the town's police department. She is a swarm enemy of Koffee Black and Pussy Poppins and will almost do anything to lock both of them up in the city of Mid Point prison. Even if it means hiring "The Booty Man" to infiltrate Koffee Black 's rallies and try to rape and harm them. Candy also has a history with several other members of Black Force as she use to be one of BlackMane's call girls before she became head of the detective unit for the police department. During that time, she was still working undercover, but fail to find anything on BlackMane as he was suspected of conducting the murders of the town's local white supremacist members. However, her work did pay off as she was a high-end escort in Mid Point's elite circles, seducing powerful men for secrets. Candy was then approached by a top member of the "White Order" to carry out certain task inside of BlackMane's house, but she was soon figured out by his new girlfriend at the time, Koffee Black. From that point on, Candy has hated Koffee every since and rose through the ranks of the police department in order to take her to jail.

Partnership with The Booty Man

Candy has so much hatred for Koffee Black, it drives her to go above and beyond to place her behind bars or eliminate her completely. Candy is the reason why there are so many disruptions at Koffee Black's rallies as she is responsible for hiring certain inmates to infiltrate her protest. One inmate that she constantly has on the payroll is "The Booty Man," who is a person who fetishizes about Koffee on a regular basis's. In exchange for The Booty Man's services, she usually promises him time deducted from his sentence and sometimes she engages in sexual behaviors with him to keep him satisfied. "The Booty Man" is not the only person she has on payroll within department's prison. "The Twerker" is also on Candy's payroll as she mostly wants revenge on Pussy Poppins and the Red Scarlett for her exile from the Sisterhood which led to her imprisonment. Candy would often butt heads with "The Twerker" because she would always use the opportunity to try to go after Pussy Poppins or the Red Scarlett and assassinate them instead of Koffee Black.

Former Member of the "Sisterhood"

Believe it or not, Candy was a brief member of the "Sisterhood" before working as an police detective, hence her relationship to "The Twerker." Candy has a taste for the lavish life and a lot of fancy things as she does not live like a modest cop. Candy was a big time buyer of the Red Scarlett jewelry store, which led to the two befriending each other. The Red Scarlett would go on to tell Candy how she would steal items from other countries and bring them back to her store to sell them. Candy became intrigued and asked to assist on some of the Red Scarlett's future missions. On the very first mission, Candy met Amara Banks a.k.a. "The Twerker" and Penny Chapman a.k.a. Penny Scissorhands in Tokanda where they were going to steal a very high price diamond from a very rich king. That king happened to be "Mandingo Warrior," who was courting Red Scarlett at the time. Candy was suppose to be an lookout for "The Twerker" with one of the Tokandan guards as she was suppose to sneak in and grab the diamond from the high temple while the guards were on break, but she ended up flaking out and hooking up with Mandingo Warrior after she was introduced to him by Red Scarlett, resulting in the imprisonment of "The Twerker." This led to a huge fight between them as Red Scarlett became jealous and the plan to steal the diamond got altered. The guards were able to see "The Twerker" coming and were not distracted by swinging hips and they arrested her on the spot. "The Twerker" was given an life sentence in Tokanda for trying to steal from the high temple. Candy was kicked out of the Sisterhood and she would go on to join the police academy in Mid Point and become an detective 5 years later. She would then convinced the Tokandan authority to extradite "The Twerker" back to the states to use her to go after Koffee Black.
