Ronald Francis a.k.a. "Two Scars" is one of the high level pimps in East Bound who gets involved in low level street crimes. He is a small but main foe of BlackMane as he constantly tries to steal his prostitutes from him, like literally steal them. Two Scars is one of the founders of The Council of Pimps, along with Pussy Poppins mother. However, Two Scars is a known kidnapper of women and he likes to lock them up in his basement for sometimes his enjoyment or to kill them. He is very slick, and he is never at the same place more than two times. He is very strong of natural strength but he carries a powerful pimp cane, believed to be gifted to him by a pimp in Tokanda, that can kill a man with one swipe. He rarely uses the cane on women due to him not wanting to waste property, but it is a tool that has knock BlackMane out cold one night while wearing his tech suit. Although Two Scars is not a major foe of BlackMane or any members of Black Force, he is an major pimp in East Bound and shopping on his territory could lead to serious consequences for rival pimps.

Pimp of The Year

Two Scars has won pimp of the year 10 years in a row for the city of Mid Point. He has always been an advocate of trying to take pimping worldwide but he has had friction in a lot of areas. Ronald sometime participates in the trafficking of women  from other countries who are in debt to their country or pimps. He believes these women from foreign countries would hoe harder than the ones from his home country due to them being in so much debt. Ronald is the only pimp in East Bound who engages in this type of behavior and "The Council of Pimps" does not agree with it. In efforts of trying to stop him without alerting the police, Pussy Poppins mother and other pimps tries to send him direct threats and carry out fines to him to discontinue his behavior. They also take away some of his territory due to his disobedience. This would upset Two Scars, and he would begin to take action against the Council by organizing hits against each member. He only manages to take out one before Pussy Poppins mother figures out that he's the one behind it and shoots him and cuts him on his face, leaving him for dead in the middle of the street. This would cause him to go into hiding for a period of 10 years until Pussy Poppins mother is murdered.

The Pimp Code

After the murder of Pussy Poppins mother, Two Scars returns to East Bound doing the same things he got in kicked out of the Council for, but this time, there was no oversight. The Council of Pimps disbanded after Pussy Poppins mother is murdered, so this prompted Two Scars reorganized the organization and he would be the leader of it. BlackMane would not go for this and quickly withdraw the offer of being part of council because he knew Two Scars was still engaging in trafficking activities. Pussy Poppins herself would also withdraw the offer as she felt it was disrespectful for Two Scars to be the leader of the council as her mother kicked him out the original version. The other pimps disagreed, as Two Scars was still seen as a legend in the pimp community because his accolades of winning pimp of the year so many times. However, this new version of the council brought more heat then ever from the cops, and Black Force, who some of the members knew what Two Scars was up too. Due to the Pimp Code, Pussy Poppins and BlackMane could never go to the police on another pimp, so they had to deal with this matter themselves and on many occasions.
