Melvin Richards a.k.a. "Dr. Dick" is an gynecologists and scientist that works in the North Bound Quadrant of Mid Point City. He is known for drugging and having sex with many of his female patients. He is an enemy of "Black Supamane" as he recruits him to study him and replicate his genes to create a pheromone to trick women into having sex with him. The women are unaware that they are under the spell of this pheromone and they do anything he wants them too. The pheromone also works on men too, but it wears off in a matter of minutes due to men high testosterones levels. But it didn't work on Black Supamane at all, so Dr. Dick used other ways of tricking him to work for him.  He knew that Black Supamane was also looking for work and that he use to be a medic in the army, so he gave him a job in his office, only to study him farther for his boss Karcass and create a better pheromone that can work on men as well. Eventually he creates the pheromone and ironically calls it "The Pheromone," but right after the last sample was taken, Black Supamane figure out what he was doing and stop him right before he released it throughout Mid Point. He would then be sent to Red Rocks Jail where he became a prison doctor experimenting on different inmates.

While in prison, Dr. Richards would experiment on many different inmates, including females, even though he was at a male facility. Even behind bars, he still was the top gynecologists in the world and many of his female patients would request that they see him instead of the hospitals other recommended doctors. The women were let into the prison for specific appointments with Dr. Richards, which led to him breaking out of prison because he still had control of his patients due to his pheromones. He then gain access to his male control pheromone and starts controlling the people of Mid Point, including the men. He starts to rule over the city as he recruits more and more people to be his soldiers and for a while becomes unstoppable, until Black Supamane and Black Force steps in.

Taking over Mid Point

Dr. Dick had planned to run into Black Force while prepping for his city takeover. He knew that most of the members of Black Force were human and can be controlled under his pheromone, so he goes after them one by one, until he is left with Black Supamane & BlackMane, who he left out on purpose because he knew the hatred they both had of each other. However, Koffee Black & Pussy Poppins was completely under his control and acted as his generals for a time. This wouldn't last long as BlackMane is also as intelligent as Dr. Dick and he would create a counter potion to the pheromone and Black Supamane  would deliver it to everyone in the city, including his members of Black Force. This would lead to Dr. Dick being locked up again but the cycle would only repeat itself as he would escape time and time again. He goes on to be one of Black Supamane's greatest foes as he is the only one who has the power to control the members of Black Force.
