Penny Chapman a.k.a. "Penny Scissorhands" is a former prostitute of Pussy Poppins mother's stable. She ends up going rogue after the death of Pussy Poppin's mother after she was accused of having something to do with it. She was accused of the murder because on the day the hitman was sent by Mr. Big Dick, she was supposed to be on watch to monitor any new clients coming into the house. In the end, she had nothing to do with it, but the damage and blame had already been done and that created a lot of rage for her. From there, she ends up becoming one of Mr. Big Dick's hoes ironically, but that would shortly end after he would beat on her daily for information about Pussy Poppins next move. However, during her time as a hoe for Mr. Big Dick, she would encounter a really bad hand accident where Mr. Big Dick force her hands into an unknown chemical as a way of torture. Her fingernails would begin to grow long like knives and she would use them on Mr. Big Dick to escape by sticking one of them into his eye. She then would go rogue, thinking that she would no longer be any use for prostitution anymore due to her hands.

Revenge on Pussy Poppins

Penny is another one of Pussy Poppins most dangerous foes, as she use to be apart of the Sisterhood and was trained by Pussy Poppins mother to be an assassin. After about two months from being released from Pussy Poppins and Mr. Big Dick's stable, Penny decided to go rogue and start attacking Pussy's prostitutes on the street. She would be successful at taking out about a dozen of them before she would catch the attention of Pussy Poppins herself. The two would engage in a series of battles that would become deadly and leave many scars until Pussy Poppins is able to capture her and place her in jail for murdering her prostitutes.

Sex With Black Martian

While in jail, Penny is visited by a white guard, who is secretly Black Martian, as he would talk to her about her motivation to killing those women. During that time, Black Martian was secretly falling in love with Penny as the prison guard and would have sex with her during recess. Penny reminded him of his wife back on his planet and he would often miss her as he was stationed to work on planet Earth. This would last for a couple months until Black Martian would finally reveal himself to her and she began to go in a rage as she felt deceived. During Penny's time as a prostitute, she only dealt with white male clients and had a serious hatred for black men because she felt that they were always broke. She would pierce Black Martian's penis hole with one of her nails and he would fly off in temporary pain. Afterwards, he would still try to come as the white guard in future meetings, but Penny would brush him off most of the time.
