Darius Powell is a scumbag, asshole, and also the mayor of Midpoint. Mayor Powell runs all four quadrants of Mid Point with the East Bound quadrant being his favorite because of the serious prostitution ring that occurs in that part of town. He frequently visits East Bound at all hours of the night as he is one of the top tricks in the city. Mayor Powell is also one Black Force biggest foes as he hates the black people in his city, but he secretly in love with many different black women throughout the town. One of the black women that he certainly crazy about is Pussy Poppins, who he has paid millions of dollars to just come visit him in the night hours. Although he doesn't have any super powers, he is one of the greatest threats to Black Supamane as he has hired many dangerous assassins to come into to town and kill him. Mayor Powell is part of the White Order, as for many mayors across the country who possess superheroes in their town.

Life in the Army

Before Mayor Powell became mayor of Mid Point, he was an decorated army veteran who was known for being one of the most racist sergeants in his unit. Through his time in the army, he met many powerful figures that eventually deploy him and his unit to carry out some high profile assassinations of foreign countries influential leaders. While in the Army, Darius would become a member of the White Order after meeting with Karcass about allowing some of his unit to be experimented on. Jason Steel a.k.a. Black Supamane was apart of that unit and was one of the soldiers used for Karcass experiments. After Darius stint in the Army, he would move back to Mid Point, his home town, to run for mayor and win the election. He promise people he would clean up the streets and get rid of the city's prostitution problem, but he would actually expand it. Under Mayor Powell terms, there has been many women who have disappeared, been assaulted, and been forced into the prostitution underworld under his watch. 

Dealing With Black Force

Mayor Powell is responsible for the city's chaos and the constant threats against Black Force. He even has tried to cause division between some of the members and has a child with Black Honey, whom she shares another child with Black Supamane. He is extremely jealous of Black Supamane and to try to piss him off, he sends Lady Jaws to try to assasinate Black Honey every so often. Mayor Powell also has a hatred for Koffee Black who has called him out multiple times on numerous platforms. So he responds to her by making calls down to the police department to release certain inmates to go after her and try to kill her. Another member of Black Force who is a spike in his ass is BlackMane, who actually participate in the prostitution underworld. His relationship with BlackMane is different because he attends many of his parties that host powerful politicians to come to his house and engage in sexual acts with his prostitutes. But BlackMane acts as an enforcer that protects his women and when tricks kill one of his women, BlackMane retaliates. This causes friction with him and some of buddies in the White Order as they want him to act against BlackMane.
