Alexis Keyes a.k.a. "Red Scarlet" is a jewel thief in the North Bound quadrant of Mid-Point. She was once a close friend of "Pussy Poppins," but the two fell out with each other over an guy they were both seeing while attending college. Both of them use to steal high price items from the men they dated as college students.  After the two had a falling out, they became fierce enemies and would often battle as Pussy Poppins would try to stop Red Scarlett from succeeding in an heist after she took over her mother's stable and joined "Black Force." However, when the Red Scarlett was successful in boosting high price jewels, she would resale them in her store "The Finest Keyes," which is one of the most expensive jewelry stores in the north bound quadrant of Mid Point.

Red Scarlett's Hat

The most unique thing about the Red Scarlett's appearance is her hat, it's deadly. Her hat spins like a blade and it can cut any human's head completely off with one twirl. Red Scarlett is well trained at using this hat in combat as she is a black belt in jujutsu and has fought with the best of them. She is a very dangerous foe of Pussy Poppins and has almost killed her on several occasions. She is not a fan of "Black Force" because she feels that some of the members are a bunch of hypocrites, mostly aiming at Koffee Black & Pussy Poppins.

Red Scarlett's Identity

Pussy Poppins is the only person who knows the true identity of the Red Scarlett. Even though Pussy Poppins could rat her out to the police, she don't due to an oath they both took themselves back in college while part of "The Sisterhood," a group of dangerous female assassins. The Red Scarlett is a mysterious character in North Bound as no one can track her down after she carries out an heist. She is very similar to Pussy Poppins when she carries out an assassination. However, the two are different when it comes to being out in the public. Everyone in Mid Point knows that Pussy Poppins is one of the top escorts in town, but no ones really knows who owns "The Finest Keyes" or where their jewels come from. Red Scarlett is known for robbing some of the richest people in Mid Point as many "A List" stars travel to city to shoot movies or conduct business. Most of them move to the North Bound quadrant because it is the richest part of the city. Those people are the people that Red Scarlett steal from as well taking extravagant trips to Paris to also rob some of their finest jewelry stores.
