Veronique Lebeau a.k.a. "The Black Witch," often called "The Black Bitch," due to her madness in spell casting and manipulating people to do evil things for her. Veronique has had run ins and relationships with several members in Black Force and an estranged dealing with Count Dickcula. It is said that Veronique was on the same plantation as Count Dickcula before he was turned by Bilal. The two were madly in love with each other as they basically grew up together and experienced some of the same hardships. Veronique, at the time, was a slave and a practicing witch who would heal and care for the master's wife and children. She was also the master's secret lover aside until she was sent away to another plantation once the master's wife found out about her. The plantation she was sent too was the Lebeau plantation, one of the most ruthless and dangerous sugar plantations to go to in Louisiana. Veronique was assaulted and raped repeatedly by her new master for punishment from her old master's wife. Eventually, Veronique would run away into the deep woods of the bayou and wouldn't be seen or heard from in exactly an years time.

Conjuring the Witch

During the time of her escape into the woods, Veronique begin relaying on the spells and potions to survive. On her path, she encountered a mysterious cabin where 4 women resided. The women saw that she was in need of help and that she had been abused, so they took her in. After a couple days of staying with them, she discovered that they were witches and called themselves the "Witches of the Covenant."  Amongst them is the green, yellow, purple, and white witch, with each of the colors meaning a different purpose. Each of these witches were former slaves, like Veronique and they were willing evolve her witchery to a more powerful level. Each one of them guided her through a different ritual to begin to bring out something more powerful inside of her. Through her one of rituals, she discovered a tree that featured five colors instead of the four she was only made aware of by the witches. That's when she found out about a banished witch known as the "Red Witch." Eventually Veronique finish all of the rituals to become "The Black Witch," which would spark an appearance from the Red Witch, who comes and kills the green, yellow, purple, and white witches for trying to replace her in the covenant for Veronique.

The Red Witch

After the encounter with The Red Witch, Veronique went back into the town she was once a slave in and used her powers to free the slaves and exile all of the white people out of town. Once this was done, she ruled the town as it's protector and created a magical force shield to surround the town from the evils of slavery and oppression.  The town grew to be one of the wealthiest all black towns in Louisiana by the late 1800's due to her ability to hide and protect the town from America's government at that time. However, The Red Witch was not a fond of this and would use her magic to invade the town to cause havoc. With all the powers from the other withes, Veronique could not always defeat her by herself and would often time need assistance from other heroes. In many cases to stop the Red Witch, Veronique reached out to some of the earliest black heroes of the time, such as Dickslinger, WondaBooty, and an 1700's & 1800's of the Mandingo Warrior at that time as they would frequent the town due to it being one of the few cities to allow them to visit without being discriminated against. Dickslinger would visit the town very often, after he was badly wounded in a gun fight in a nearby town.
